Responsibilities

• Providing the highest standard of customer service while working in a fast paced environment.
• Answering inbound customer calls, callback requests and online chats regarding scheduling, treatment information, etc.
• Execute ongoing initiatives such as texting or calling patients to book appointments and generate sales.
• Complete tickets for patient inquiries and escalate to a Manager as needed.
• Learning, retaining, and promoting treatment information to current and potential patients.
• Scheduling accurately for multiple providers using multiple computer applications.
• Maintaining a safe, organized, and clean spa environment.
• Performing other duties as instructed by management.

We are currently seeking to expand our support team at our Headquarters office in Wicker Park. If you have a passion for the aesthetic or beauty industry we want to hear from you. Job Type:Full-time, 36+ hours a week. Hours may be flexible however, at least one weekend day shift and closing shift will be required weekly.

Compensation:$18.00/hr with discretionary bonuses (up to $22/hr potential)
