Job summary

Dermalogica, headquartered in Carson, CA, seeks Head of Dermalogica Procurement to own end-to-end direct materials sourcing strategy, cost structure, and margin performance. The role partners with R&D, Supply Chain, and central portfolio teams to translate clinical positioning into competitive advantage while ensuring speed-to-market and sustainable value.

The position is based at our Carson headquarters with hybrid in-office guidelines and a base salary of $215K–$230K, plus an annual bonus

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 8–10 years in procurement in beauty/luxury/FMCG preferred.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects with R&D and supply chain.
• Strong negotiation, governance, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the Dermalogica sourcing strategy aligned with brand growth and margins.
• Lead cost and margin improvement across formulations and packaging.
• Interface with Planning, R&D, Marketing, Quality and Portfolio Procurement.
• Drive supplier relationship management and continuous improvement.
• Maintain risk and contingency plans for critical materials and formulations.
• Consolidate brand spend data and contribute to executive dashboards.
• Promote digital procurement tools and change management with Brand teams.
