Job summary

Greater Springfield Senior Services, Inc. is seeking a full-time PCM program role to assess and coordinate tasks, helping clients develop skills to manage PCA services and daily living activities.

Hybrid work may be possible after six months. The position requires English/Spanish fluency, a high school diploma (bachelor's preferred), a valid driver's license, and willingness to travel; PSLF eligibility for nonprofit employees is noted.

Full-time 35 hours per week

Minimum Qualifications: Written and Verbal Fluency in English and Spanish is required. High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelor's degree is preferred. Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Must be able to climb multiple flights of stairs.
