Mozaic is hiring a Direct Support Professional for our Auburn, NY Day Services program. You will provide encouragement, guidance, and hands-on support to help people with intellectual and developmental disabilities build independence and engage in their community.

You'll assist with daily living tasks, promote safety, and support personal goals. We offer paid training, growth opportunities, and a team-focused, compassionate work environment in Cayuga County.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of one year experience working with people with developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Valid New York Driver's License is required.

As a DSP in our Day Services program, you'll provide encouragement, guidance, and hands-on support while empowering people we support to make choices, explore their interests, and participate fully in their community. No two days are the same. You may help someone learn a new skill, build confidence in social settings, enjoy recreational activities, or achieve an important personal milestone.

You'll play an important role in creating a positive and supportive environment by assisting with daily living needs, promoting health and safety, and encouraging community involvement. Whether you're supporting personal care, helping someone reach a goal they've been working toward, or celebrating their successes, your work will have a lasting impact.

Pay Rate: $17.92-$18.67 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM

37.5 hours per week; occasional evenings or weekends as needed

Location: Cayuga County (Auburn, NY)

Direct Support Professional Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent required

Minimally one-year experience working with people with developmental disabilities or an associate degree in human services or related field is preferred.

Valid New York Driver's License is required
