The role demands coaching staff, quality documentation, and strong communication with the support team.

Location: Seneca Falls; Schedule: Tue–Sat, 3 pm–11 pm; 37.5 hours/week; Pay: $20.60–$21.60/hour, experience-based. Eligibility for benefits and ongoing training are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with 3-5 years' experience in Residential Services.
• Current valid NYS driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and ensure high-quality care.
• Oversee daily operations, program budgets, and safeguarding funds.
• Support Life Plans, advocate for individuals, and coordinate with the support team.
