Job summary

G & W Products in Fairfield, OH is hiring for 1st shift weld positions. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 5:00 am - 3:30 pm. The role involves welding and fabricating parts per customer designs, aligning and welding components, and ensuring parts meet specs.

Candidates should have welding experience, be able to read blueprints, and pass D1.1/D1.3 certifications within weeks. Lifting up to 50 lbs and strict safety are required; AWS cert is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous weld experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Must be able to pass D1.1, D1.3 weld certification within weeks of hire.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• AWS certification history is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Weld and fabricate parts per customer designs.

• Set up and operate hand tools.
