Job summary

G & W Products in Fairfield, OH, is seeking multiple 1st shift Weld positions. The role involves following blueprint specifications to weld and fabricate parts according to customer designs.

You will set up and operate hand tools, align and weld components, and ensure quality and safety standards. AWS certification is a plus and candidates must be able to pass weld certifications (D1.1, D1.3) within weeks of hire.

Qualifications

• Welding experience in a manufacturing setting required.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Must work well in a team to maximize productivity.
• Adherence to safety procedures while using shop equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Weld and fabricate parts according to blueprints and customer designs.
• Align, fit, and weld components; set up and operate hand tools.
