Job summary

Aventure Staffing in Blue Earth, MN is seeking a Welder for a full-time, Tuesday to Friday 6:00am – 4:30pm role. You will weld and fabricate steel and aluminum components for truck bodies and hoists, reading blueprints and specifications to ensure accurate fabrication.

Requirements include welding experience (MIG, TIG, Arc, Push-Pull, or Spray Arc), ability to work with steel, aluminum, or stainless steel, and a strong commitment to quality, safety, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Previous welding experience is required, MIG/TIG/Arc, Push-Pull or Spray Arc preferred.
• Experience working with steel, aluminum and/or stainless steel.
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, specifications and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Weld and fabricate steel and aluminum components for truck bodies and hoists.
• Read blueprints and work from specifications to ensure accurate fabrication.
• Operate welding equipment and related hand, air and power tools.
• Assemble using welding, bolting, riveting and Huck fasteners.
• Collaborate with leads to produce quality products safely and on schedule.
