Job summary

Aventure Staffing in Blue Earth, MN is seeking a Welder for a full-time, Tuesday to Friday 6:00am – 4:30pm role. You will weld and fabricate steel and aluminum components for truck bodies and hoists, reading blueprints and specifications to ensure accurate fabrication.

Requirements include welding experience (MIG, TIG, Arc, Push-Pull, or Spray Arc), ability to work with steel, aluminum, or stainless steel, and a strong commitment to quality, safety, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Previous welding experience is required, MIG/TIG/Arc, Push-Pull or Spray Arc preferred.
• Experience working with steel, aluminum and/or stainless steel.
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, specifications and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Weld and fabricate steel and aluminum components for truck bodies and hoists.
• Read blueprints and work from specifications to ensure accurate fabrication.
• Operate welding equipment and related hand, air and power tools.
• Assemble using welding, bolting, riveting and Huck fasteners.
• Collaborate with leads to produce quality products safely and on schedule.

Welder | $20.00/hr. Full-Time | Tuesday - Friday | 6:00am – 4:30pm

WELDING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED If you're an experienced welder who enjoys hands-on fabrication and building quality products, this opportunity is for you!! Join an established manufacturing company in Blue Earth, MN that has been building quality truck equipment since 1963. We manufacture steel and aluminum truck bodies and hoists for a variety of industries, including agriculture, construction, landscaping, and more. We are looking for dedicated, motivated, and reliable team members with welding and fabrication experience. Transferable experience with tools, equipment, and other hands-on manufacturing skills is also valued.

What you’ll do:

• Weld and fabricate steel and aluminum components for truck bodies, hoists, and related equipment.
• Read and work from blueprints, drawings, specifications, and measurements to ensure accurate fabrication.
• Operate welding equipment along with hand, air, power, and fabrication tools.
• Perform assembly processes including welding, bolting, riveting, and installing Huck fasteners.
• Work with department leads and coworkers to produce quality products safely and on schedule.

What you’ll need:

• Previous welding experience is required, with experience in MIG, TIG, Arc, Push-Pull, or Spray Arc welding preferred.
• Experience working with steel, aluminum, stainless steel, or a combination of metals.
• Understanding of proper use of measuring tools, gauges, hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment.
• Ability to read blueprints and accurately follow measurements, specifications, and instructions.
• Strong commitment to quality, safety, teamwork, reliability, and meeting production deadlines.
