Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; welding certificate or associate degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year welding experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret measurements.
• Knowledge of hand and power tools.
• Good communication skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented and team oriented.
• Crane and forklift experience preferred.
• English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Operate welding machine and feed wire to bond materials.
• Plan work by interpreting blueprints.
• Determine welding position and metal type to fuse.
• Set up welding equipment and ensure welds meet standards.
• Adhere to Daifuku’s QMS policies and procedures.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
