MeeDerby in the United States is seeking a Technical Recruiter to place skilled trades and technical professionals on nationwide travel assignments. This 100% remote role offers a base salary of $50,000–$58,000 plus uncapped commission and a performance-driven work environment. You will source, screen, and deploy candidates across CNC, welding, maintenance, and engineering roles, building long-term relationships.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of recent, successful recruiting experience.
• Agency/staffing experience in a travel-based or project-based workforce model.
• Proven success in a high-volume, fast-paced recruiting environment.
• Experience working against measurable recruiting KPIs.
• Excellent phone interviewing, candidate qualification, and closing skills.
• Previous success working 100% remotely.
• Travel nursing recruiting experience translates especially well.
• Bullhorn experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage high-volume phone, text, email, and social recruiting activity.

• Maintain candidate engagement throughout the recruiting and pre-deployment process.
• Meet defined activity, quality, submission, and deployment goals.
• Build long-term relationships with candidates for repeat assignments.

MUST HAVE: experience placing technicians/contractors on travel project assignments and redeploying upon project completion.

We’re partnering with a rapidly growing national staffing organization seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to recruit skilled industrial professionals for project-based travel assignments across the country.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proven agency recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume, metrics-driven environment and wants significant earning potential. Experience in travel staffing, travel nursing, skilled trades, industrial, or project-based staffing is especially valuable.

What You'll Do

• Source, interview, qualify, and submit skilled trades and technical candidates for nationwide travel assignments
• Recruit CNC Machinists, Welders, Maintenance Technicians, Assemblers, Engineers, and other industrial professionals
• Manage high-volume phone, text, email, and social recruiting activity
