Four Seasons Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a Skilled Labor Recruiter to source, interview, and hire skilled trades professionals. Primary location is Bedford Park, IL with travel to other sites as needed.

The role focuses on building talent pipelines and delivering an exceptional candidate experience across hiring and onboarding. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in high-volume skilled labor recruiting, experience with ATS, and strong collaboration with HR leadership and marketing

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development or related field required.
• 5+ years of high-volume skilled labor recruiting in competitive markets.
• Familiarity with ATS and Microsoft Office products.

Aufgaben

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for skilled trades positions from requisition to offer.
• Ensure EEO and employment law compliance throughout posting, interviewing and hiring.
• Develop recruiting strategies and source vendors to attract qualified candidates.
• Collaborate with HR leadership and marketing to align recruitment kits and messaging.
• Evaluate social media recruitment opportunities to enhance presence.
• Represent the company at trade schools, job fairs and industry events.
• Coordinate referrals and manage referral payments with payroll.
• Screen resumes for trade licenses, certifications and fit with roles.
• Prepare interview rubrics and conduct prescreen interviews.
