Job summary

Power Home Remodeling is seeking a Skilled Trades Recruiter to support national skilled trades and operations hiring. You will collaborate with recruiters and leadership to drive recruitment strategies and meet aggressive expansion targets.

Ideal candidates will be bilingual, have 1–2 years of experience, and excel in a metrics-driven, fast-paced environment. This is a full-time in-office role with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a team of recruiters to support national skilled trades and operations hiring.
• Multi-task effectively to manage various tasks.
• Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
• Operate in a metrics-driven environment, tracking calls, interviews and placements.
• Maintain relationships with Hiring Managers to understand needs and ensure a smooth hiring process.
• Establish and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure alignment with job requirements.
