Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with a team of recruiters to support national skilled trades and operations hiring needs.
• Multi-task effectively to manage various tasks simultaneously.
• Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
• Operate effectively in a metrics-driven environment, tracking calls, interviews, and placements.
• Maintain relationships with Hiring Managers to understand needs and ensure a smooth hiring process.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with candidates to align with job requirements.

• Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a smooth and effective recruitment process
• Prior experience in recruitment, sales, or the trades preferred
• Openness to receiving guidance and mentorship, with a focus on personal and professional growth
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities without losing focus on attention to detail
• 1-2 years professional experience
