You will deliver high-quality, hands-on training across multiple trades, focusing on practical skills and industry readiness.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, OSHA 10-hour and EPA 608 certifications within 6 months, plus several years of hands-on experience.

Qualifications

• Require a high school diploma or GED with hands-on trade experience.
• OSHA 10-hour OSHA training completed within 6 months of hire.
• EPA 608 Refrigerant Transition Certification within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality instruction and hands-on training to prepare students for skilled trades careers.
• Teach areas include Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, Controls, Commercial Equipment, Plumbing, and general building trades.
• Maintain academic and attendance records for student files and ensure a clean, organized classroom and lab.
• Assist with curriculum development, materials, and scheduling in collaboration with program leadership.
• Submit attendance, grades, and required reports per procedures and communicate issues to supervision.
