The role requires OSHA 10 and EPA 608 within 6 months, plus at least 3 years of hands-on experience. Strong communication and classroom management are essential for student success.

Qualifications

• OSHA 10 certification within 6 months of hire date.
• EPA Section 608 certification within 6 months of hire date.
• High School Diploma or GED as a minimum.
• 3+ years hands-on experience in building/construction trades.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, educational environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Teach classes on a regular schedule and create a welcoming learning environment.
• Assist with curriculum development, course materials, and scheduling.
• Maintain academic and attendance records for student files.
• Keep classroom and lab orderly and well-equipped.
• Submit attendance, grades and required reports per procedures.
• Notify supervisor of potential issues promptly.
• Participate in mandatory trainings and faculty meetings.
