Job summary

Goodwin Recruiting seeks an organized Apprenticeship Program Manager to oversee a growing workforce development program for ~250 apprentices across HVAC, pipefitting, and sheet metal trades. You’ll collaborate with leadership, contractors, and education partners to maintain compliance and drive program growth.

The role offers weekday hours in a full-time setting with a direct impact on skilled trades development and ongoing program improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating programs, managing docs, and ensuring compliance.
• Strong organizational skills with deadlines and multiple priorities.
• Professional written and verbal communication with proactive follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Maintain apprenticeship records including registrations, completions, transfers, suspensions, and terminations.
• Track OJT hours, classroom instruction, attendance, and progression.
• Ensure audit-ready documentation for USDOL apprenticeship requirements.
• Proactively follow up with contractors, colleges, and training providers to keep programs moving.
• Manage spreadsheets, electronic records, and reporting systems for enrollment and milestones.
• Coordinate apprenticeship committee meetings, contractor communications, and events.
