Job summary

Goodwin Recruiting seeks an Apprenticeship Program Manager to oversee the daily operations of a growing workforce development program for approximately 250 apprentices across HVAC, pipefitting, and sheet metal trades. You will work with leadership, contractors, educational institutions, and industry partners to ensure programs run smoothly and stay compliant.

Qualifications

• Experience in program coordination, administration, compliance, or operations management.
• Strong Excel, Word, and electronic recordkeeping system skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with deadlines, documentation, and priorities management.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel to contractor sites, training locations, and events.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of apprenticeship program across HVAC, pipefitting, and sheet metal trades.
• Maintain audit‑ready documentation supporting DOL apprenticeship requirements.
• Track OJT hours, classroom instruction, attendance, and apprentice progression.
• Coordinate apprenticeship committee meetings and contractor communications.
