Job summary

The College of Western Idaho (CWI) is seeking a Trades Apprenticeship Coordinator to expand electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and controls systems training under a grant-funded initiative aligned with regional workforce needs and semiconductor industry growth.

You will collaborate with employers, apprentices, workforce partners, and community stakeholders to strengthen pipelines, increase apprenticeship participation, and develop training solutions that prepare learners for high-demand careers in

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
Experience coordinating workforce training programs, apprenticeships, or industry partnerships.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with employers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Coordinate apprenticeship programs and workforce training initiatives with employers and partners.
Support grant-funded initiatives and ensure compliance with grant requirements.
Monitor program performance and prepare reports for stakeholders.
