Job summary

MAUER AUTOMOTIVE in Minnesota is seeking a Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of vehicles, ensuring safety and performance standards are met.

You will perform vehicle inspections, MPI, PDI on new vehicles, communicate repair recommendations to the service advisor, and keep bays organized and clean.

Strong integrity, professionalism, and the ability to multitask and work flexible hours (including rotating weekends) are essential to succeed in this role.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic, repair, and maintenance services on a variety of vehicles.
• Conduct vehicle inspections and tests to provide a diagnosis.
• Perform MPI on all vehicles and complete PDI on new vehicles.
• Communicate repair recommendations and maintenance needs with the service advisor.
• Keep vehicle bays clean and maintain equipment longevity.
• Provide video/picture of repair recommendations for every RO.
• Maintain a valid driver's license with a clean record.
• Prepare vehicles for delivery including carwash when noted.
• Adhere to policies in the employee handbook.
