Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience in comparable/casual upscale restaurants or scratch kitchens.
• Advanced culinary techniques and proficiency with cooking appliances.
• Knowledge of par levels, inventory control, and quality ingredients.

Responsibilities

• Train, develop, and retain kitchen talent; lead with clear vision.
• Ensure top quality of food and guest satisfaction; uphold brand standards.
• Collaborate with Chef de Cuisine to meet Back of House targets and health regulations.
