Job summary

Candidates should be classically trained and experienced in high-volume culinary environments, comfortable with inventory, purchasing, and handling last-minute event requests.

• Rotation of stock and recipe development.

Responsibilities

• Cook an assortment of meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
• Plate and garnish cooked items and prepare appropriate garnishes.
• Assist Dietary Manager in their absence to ensure accurate meal prep and delivery.
• Clean the kitchen before and after food service and clean equipment.
• Capable of handling last minute requests for special events.
