Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in skilled building trades across multiple areas.
• Experience in school, institutional, commercial, or municipal facilities preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance throughout facilities.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, doors, windows, and roofing.
• Conduct carpentry, painting, drywall, and general building repairs.
• Assist with safety, documentation, and work orders management.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors on projects.
• Support with snow removal, landscaping, and event setup.
