Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three years of experience in maintenance, construction, building operations, or a related field preferred.
• Hands-on experience across multiple skilled building trades.
• Experience in school/institutional facilities preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Trade licenses/certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled maintenance and repairs across school buildings.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, doors, and roofing.
• Carpentry, painting, drywall, flooring repairs and general fixes.
• Inspect facilities for safety and maintenance needs.
• Respond to emergencies and assist with snow removal and campus upkeep.
• Operate tools safely and maintain equipment.
• Document work orders and completed repairs.
