Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or trade school.
• Must obtain a Class B CDL within the first year to maintain continued employment and be qualified to drive a School Board Vehicle.
• At least 3 years of full-time commercial roofing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of safety practices and scaffolding, and occupational hazards of the trade.
• Bilingual/biliterate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Installs and repairs roofs on school buildings and other structures.
• Keeps daily records and logs of work performed.
• Operates roofing tools and safety equipment and transports materials up ladders or scaffolding.
