Qualifications

• Physical activities include walking, kneeling, stairs and ladders; able to lift 75 pounds.
• Strong written and oral communication; able to operate tools safely.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates prompt and regular attendance.
• Provides direction to maintenance helper and reports non-performance.
• Provides 24/7 on-call support as needed.
• Maintains parts inventory and vehicle/equipment upkeep.
• Reads blueprints and plans; assists with roofing installations and repairs.
