Job summary

The Courville at Manchester is seeking dependable Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs) to join our nursing team in Manchester, NH. We offer 7a-3p, 3p-11p, and 11p-7a shifts with full-time, part-time, and per diem options to fit varied schedules.

We value patient-centered care and a hospitality-focused environment, with opportunities for referral bonuses and a supportive team. Active NH LNA license is required and prior long-term care experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have an active NH LNA license
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Compassionate, patient-focused attitude
• Previous healthcare or long-term care experience preferred, but willing to train

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming)
• Monitor and record vital signs and patient conditions
• Support nurses with routine patient care tasks
• Ensure residents rooms are clean and safe. This includes all equipment as well
• Provide emotional support and compassionate care to residents and families
• Follow all healthcare regulations, safety standards and infection control procedures

• Part-time positions - options for e/o weekend and Sat only

11p-7a Schedule

Position Overview
