Job summary

Step Up Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide skilled therapy in SNF settings within Ybor City Center for Rehabilitation and Healing and Tampa Lakes Health and Rehabilitation Center in Tampa, FL. The role is PRN, with increased rates when medical benefits are waived.

You will work inside dedicated therapy gyms, supporting residents to regain function and independence with a compassionate, interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA‑related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
