Step Up Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to provide skilled services in a SNF setting at Ybor City Center for Rehabilitation and Healing and Tampa Lakes Health and Rehabilitation Center in Tampa, FL.

In this PRN role, you’ll work inside dedicated therapy gyms, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and help residents regain function and independence. The position offers benefits of modern facilities and competitive pay, with daily pay options.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license or eligibility required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA‑related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
• Assist in developing and implementing care plans, documenting patient progress, and communicating with caregivers and supervisors.
