Job summary

Step Up Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide skilled therapy in our SNF settings within Ybor City Center for Rehabilitation and Healing and Tampa Lakes Health and Rehabilitation Center. This PRN role offers increased rates when medical benefits are waived.

You will work with residents to regain function, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team in a supportive, patient-centered environment. Florida PTA licensure is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
