Job summary

Step Up Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to provide skilled PTA services in a SNF setting, working in dedicated therapy gyms at Ybor City Center for Rehabilitation and Healing and Tampa Lakes Health and Rehabilitation Center in Tampa, FL.

As a PRN role, you will join an in-house therapy team, support residents' functional goals, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary group to promote safety and independence. Flexible scheduling and competitive compensation are offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license or license-eligible.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA services to residents in a SNF.
