D & D Construction LLC is seeking skilled Painters to join our growing team in Allentown, PA. This position focuses on preparing surfaces, applying interior and exterior finishes, and maintaining safety on site.

We value craftsmanship, reliability, and the ability to work independently or with a crew. A valid driver’s license and transportation are preferred, with physical tasks requiring strength and stamina.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial or residential painting.
• Ability to prepare and finish surfaces to a high-quality standard.
• Comfortable working at heights using ladders, scaffolding, and lifts.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for painting including cleaning, sanding, scraping, and patching.
• Apply paint, stain, and other finishes to interior and exterior surfaces.
• Select and mix paints and coatings to achieve desired colors and textures.
• Set up and break down job sites, including masking, tarping, and protecting surrounding areas.
• Operate brushes, rollers, sprayers, and other painting equipment.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Collaborate with crew members and supervisors to meet project deadlines.
