Proper Painting LLC is seeking experienced professional painters to join as lead painters and future leaders. We focus on craftsmanship, accountability, and delivering high-quality residential and commercial work across Bucks and Montgomery County.

We value strong work ethic, reliability, and professional communication. Candidates should have 18+ months of painting experience, be comfortable working independently or in a team, and have a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation to job

Qualifications

18+ months professional interior/exterior painting experience.
Experience in residential and/or commercial painting.
Strong work ethic: reliable, punctual, and professional.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Comfortable with ladders, scaffolding, and physical work.

Responsibilities
