• Interact professionally with customers and evaluate requests.
• Clean hallways and lobbies; vacuum, mop, sweep dust.
• Clean tenant apartments when leases are up.
• Identify proper materials for projects.
• Prepare surfaces for painting.
• Mix and blend various paints and coatings.
• Repair holes and cracks using caulk or plaster.
• Inspect paint jobs for quality.
• Perform maintenance on painting equipment.
