L&L LEGACY ENTERPRISES LLC in the Tri-State Area is seeking an experienced Commercial Painter to join our growing construction team. You will perform interior and exterior painting on commercial projects across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware, applying coatings with brushes, rollers, or sprayers.

We value safety, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or with a team to meet project timelines while delivering high-quality finishes on schedule.

Qualifications

  • Experience in residential or commercial painting and/or remodeling/home repair.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial painting techniques and surface preparation.
  • Ability to produce clean, professional, high-quality finishes.
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and professionalism.
  • Dependable, punctual, and committed to completing projects on schedule.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to travel throughout PA, NJ, and DE.
  • Ability to safely lift and carry at least 20 pounds of equipment and materials.
  • Comfortable working on ladders and elevated surfaces.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding painting tasks for extended periods.

Responsibilities

  • Perform interior and exterior painting on commercial construction projects.
  • Apply paint using brushes, rollers, sprayers, and other appropriate equipment.
  • Prepare surfaces by washing, scraping, sanding, patching, and repairing as needed.
  • Repair holes, cracks, dents, and surface imperfections using caulk, putty, plaster, or other materials.
  • Mix, match, and blend paints, enamels, lacquers, varnishes, stains, and protective coatings.
  • Identify appropriate materials and quantities needed for projects.
  • Apply primers, coatings, and finish coats according to project specifications.
  • Protect floors, fixtures, equipment, and surrounding surfaces during painting.
  • Inspect completed work to ensure quality, consistency, and professional appearance.
  • Correct drips, uneven coverage, imperfections, and other paint defects.
  • Maintain and properly clean painting tools and equipment.
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
  • Communicate project progress, material needs, and jobsite concerns to supervisors.
  • Work effectively with other trades and construction team members.
  • Follow project schedules and complete assigned work efficiently.
  • Follow all company, OSHA, and jobsite safety requirements.
