D & D Construction LLC is seeking a skilled Handyman/Carpenter to join our team in Allentown, PA. This hands-on role covers residential and commercial projects, emphasizing craftsmanship and quality across all tasks.

You will perform carpentry, general repairs, blueprint reading, and site maintenance while ensuring safety and client satisfaction. Strong independence and teamwork are valued in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in carpentry, general construction, or handyman services.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow project plans.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor in various conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry work including framing, trim, doors, windows, and finish carpentry.
• Complete general handyman repairs and maintenance tasks for residential and commercial clients.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and project specifications.
• Install cabinetry, flooring, drywall, and other structural or cosmetic components.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with existing structures and recommend solutions.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site at all times.
• Communicate professionally with clients, supervisors, and team members on job progress.
