Job summary

Evergreen Center for Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate Nursing Supervisor (RN) to guide clinical care in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. You will coordinate nursing staff and daily operations, support individualized care plans, monitor resident well-being, and promote accurate documentation and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse (RN) license or eligibility.
• Experience in supervision or charge nurse roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing staff and daily operations in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility.
• Support individualized care plans for residents.
• Monitor resident well-being and respond to changing needs.
