Job summary

Evergreen Healthcare Group in Milton Freewater, OR, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to manage nursing care delivery for residents and oversee other staff in the unit. You will follow the plan of care and perform general nursing duties in a long-term care setting.

This role emphasizes resident care, assessments, and clinical leadership while utilizing CMAs for medication passes. Oregon licensure is required, with out-of-state licensure acceptable while obtaining Oregon licensure.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current licensure in the state of employment; out-of-state licensure acceptable while obtaining Oregon licensure.
• Knowledge of nursing process, especially for geriatric residents, long-term care, and rehabilitation.

Job Summary

Milton Freewater Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to manage nursing care delivery to the residents. Oversees other staff members in caring for those residents, follows the plan of care, and performs general nursing duties.

We utilize Certified Medication Aides (CMAs) to handle all medication passes, allowing our nurses to focus on resident care, assessments, and clinical leadership.

Knowledge, Skills andAbilities:
