Evergreen Center for Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a Nursing Supervisor to lead an interdisciplinary team and uphold the health, comfort, and well-being of residents. You will oversee facility operations, safety, cleanliness, and ensure adherence to nursing policies and regulations.

Qualificações

• Valid state nursing license.
• Advanced degree or certification preferred.
• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting preferred.
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
• Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and the chronically ill with the ability to work with both.
• Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
