Job summary

KALESTA HEALTHCARE GROUP is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Los Banos, CA to support residents in a skilled nursing facility. The PTA will implement treatment plans, assist with therapeutic exercises, and monitor patient progress under supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.

Qualifications

• CPR certification required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient documentation and organizational abilities.
• Ability to follow and implement treatment plans under supervision.
• Clinical experience in Skilled Nursing Facility is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Implement established PTA treatment plans under the Physical Therapist.
• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and mobility training.
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to PT.
• Document treatment and progress accurately.
• Coordinate with rehabilitation team and families.
