Job summary

AED CONSTRUCTORES is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join a Skilled Nursing Facility in Los Banos, California. You will evaluate and treat geriatric patients, develop individualized plans, and guide recovery toward independence within an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include supervising PT Assistants, monitoring progress, educating patients and families, and maintaining compliant documentation. California PT license and BLS/CPR are required.

Qualifications

• Active California Physical Therapist license required.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.
• Minimum 1 year PT experience, preferably in SNF or geriatric setting.
• Strong clinical reasoning and leadership skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team.
