Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to residents under the supervision of the Physical Therapist.
• Conduct screenings to determine need for intervention.
• Assist in evaluation and development of treatment plans under PT direction.
• Help establish resident schedules in coordination with the PT and care team.
• Document care and progress in CMS-compliant EMR systems.
