Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of skilled nursing billing and payment.
• Proficient in Microsoft products/computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain business office systems and supervise staff.
• Supervise business office staff and enforce disciplinary measures.
• Maintain census and report status changes.
• Attend stand-up meetings at the request of the Administrator.
• Assist with Medicaid applications.
• Prepare TARS as needed.
• Track Medicaid redeterminations.
• Participate in billing and payment processes including preparing bank deposits.
• Undertake collection activity for bad debts.
• Schedules and assigns employees to complete operational tasks.
