Job summary

Beavercreek Post Acute is seeking a seasoned Business Office Manager to oversee billing, reimbursement, Medicaid/Medicare applications, and accounts receivable in a skilled nursing setting. You will partner with facility leadership to maintain accurate financial records, communicate with payors and families, perform bank reconciliations, and ensure compliant processes while working on-site full-time.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in skilled nursing billing and payment preferred.
• Knowledge of RFMS, PCC, and Microsoft products beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Oversee billing, reimbursement, and accounts receivable functions.
• Manage Medicaid pending applications and follow-up; explain coverage options to residents and families.
• Perform bank reconciliations and provide backup for Accounts Payable.
