Step Up Rehab is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide skilled PT‑related therapy services in our in‑house SNF settings, including Ybor City Center for Rehabilitation and Healing and Tampa Lakes Health and Rehabilitation Center. You will work with an interdisciplinary team to help residents regain function and independence.

PRN position with competitive pay and benefits, requiring an active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) and SNF/post‑acute experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA‑related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
