Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inspections of building, equipment and resident areas.
• Carry out routine and preventive maintenance to ensure safe operation.
• Repair doors, locks, windows, walls, floors and facility fixtures.
• Respond to maintenance requests and update records of work performed.
• Identify safety hazards and report or correct them promptly.
• Assist with fire and life-safety inspections and emergency drills.
• Maintain a clean, organized maintenance shop and coordinate with other departments.
