Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform repair, maintenance and inspections on facility equipment, including minor plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs.
• Inspect machines regularly for signs of malfunctions and perform scheduled testing.
• Use power and hand tools to complete job tasks.
• Keep machinery and the workplace clean and schedule inspections and servicing.
• Read and comply with work orders for service, modification or installation.
• Document work completed, parts used and par levels maintained.
• Prioritize work requests with the Coordinator and schedule accordingly.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
