Cogir Senior Living seeks an experienced Nursing Home Administrator to lead a skilled nursing facility in Wilmington, NC. You will manage daily operations, enforce regulatory compliance, and drive quality outcomes while ensuring resident and family satisfaction through strong team leadership.

The role requires P&L responsibility, strategic planning, and collaboration with physicians, regulators, and the community to uphold Cogir standards in care and service.

Qualifications

• Five to eight years of progressive leadership experience in skilled nursing or healthcare management.
• Proven success with regulatory compliance, survey readiness, and financial performance.
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid CMS requirements and reimbursement systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and P&L responsibilities for the facility.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain high quality outcomes.
• Drive resident and family satisfaction and oversee workforce performance.
• Provide executive leadership and community relations with partners and regulators.
