Job summary

Aspen Transitional Rehab seeks an experienced Administrator to lead our Meridian, Idaho facility. You will direct day-to-day operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive 5-star patient care while meeting financial goals.

Responsibilities include policy implementation, staffing leadership, budget management, and maintaining relationships with medical professionals and the community. Must hold Idaho NHA license or be willing to obtain one.

Qualifications

• Must have a current NHA license from Idaho or ability to obtain one upon hire
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of administration experience in a skilled nursing facility (preferred)
• Prior leadership experience (preferred)
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license
• Willingness and ability to relocate if necessary

Responsibilities

• Plan and prioritize work to meet commitments aligned with AHC goals
• Develop, implement, monitor and evaluate policies and procedures
• Maintain knowledge of laws, CMS standards, and licensing requirements; mitigate liability
• Oversee federal and state surveys and ensure regulatory standards are met
• Monitor quality indicators and QAPI programs to maximize patient care and quality of life
• Foster patient rights and individualized care; promote 5-star service
