Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Idaho RN license and be in good standing.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with active license to practice.
• Ability to supervise nursing staff and coordinate care delivery.

Responsibilities

• Assists with supervision of all nursing employees per policy and law.
• Direct nursing services including medications, treatments, and ADLs.
• Charts assessments and resident plans of care; monitor census and staff ratios.
• Delegate care to LPN, CNA, and NA staff as appropriate.
• Report to DNS and Administrator in a timely manner; ensure policy compliance.
• Mentor and train nursing staff; participate in admission, transfer, and discharge processes.
